I had Motiva round saline, moderate profile implants 340cc 15 years ago taking me from a 32b to 32dd. Im 34DD now. I want to downsize to a C cup say 150cc less. Will I need a lift or could this be done by adjusting the pocket? I want high profile projection
I was born with a small b cup and a large b cup, but after implants I currently have 371cc in one and 301cc in the other. They are now almost twins and a 34DD. I would like to ideally remove my implants. Can they be somehow evened out plus a lift and still look nice? Would they end up being too small? Otherwise I am open to a small implant to bring them to a c cup, but really would prefer none. Thank you for any advice.
The size of my current (2006) implants are 500 cc Mentor Mod Plus. They are just too large and heavy and cause back, neck and shoulder pain as I age. I am now 58 years old and would like smaller, perky breasts. What type of breast lift might be needed and size implant in order to downsize from 36 DD to a C cup? What type of silicone gel implant would you recommend? Can I expect to get an improvement in my creases and overall breast aesthetics?
I got 500cc implants years ago and as you can see, they are too big and have cause severe drooping. Going in for lift and smaller implants. Currently busting out of a DD. Want to go to full C. Im guessing my natural breast tissue is 150-200cv or a small B. Any suggestions on new implant size?
I was originally 32B and wanted to be 32C... unfortunately, I am now 32DD (same brand for all sizes mentioned). I want to go back to 32C assuming that my breasts might get larger after giving birth. Should I reduce the size now? I am planning to have kids hopefully in two years. What are the pros and cons?
I got my breast augmentation surgery in August 2015, I went from a B to a DD. They are now too heavy and I don't feel comfortable. I want to go down to a small to full C. Is it possible or will my breast look weird with extra skin?
I'm getting my implants removed (DD) and going natural or getting a small implant in (C). I'm obsessed with nipples that slant slightly upwards. I've read there's a term for this: beckoning breast. I have been scouring doctors before/after pics to find a doctor who has this style. Is this usually a special request? Can you get this look with a lift (since my nipples will most-likely need to be re-positioned)? Is there special training required or expertise to achieve this look?
Trying to sort out size of implant required to go down 1 1/2 sizes ? Will I need 250cc? 200cc ? to achieve a large C? Will I need a lift regardless of size of new implant? If a lift is needed, is there a minimally invasive approach WITHOUT the linear scar from the nipple down? can it be done effectively through the areola? What are the differences b/w the types of lifts? Is it better to be conservative and reduce less and if neccessary reduce additionally in the future?
I had anchor lift/aug 2.5 mos ago wanting a full c/small d cup. My ps put in 450cc hp while on the table "to fill up my skin" as others didn't look right? I KNOW I am too big given it's been 2.5 mos and measuring a DD. I want to downsize before lift is compromised. I'm 5'6" 116lbs. 32/34 band. Pre-op deflated small c from breastfeeding. What will provide good cleavage(gap is wide as well)and proportion for frame for full c/small d. The initial 450cc hp is obviously not right and need help!
