I was born with a small b cup and a large b cup, but after implants I currently have 371cc in one and 301cc in the other. They are now almost twins and a 34DD. I would like to ideally remove my implants. Can they be somehow evened out plus a lift and still look nice? Would they end up being too small? Otherwise I am open to a small implant to bring them to a c cup, but really would prefer none. Thank you for any advice.

Answer: Implant removal It's really difficult to make recommendations without seeing photos of your chest or examining you. If you require a lift, some of the asymmetry can be corrected by removing more tissue from the larger breast. However, a lift isn't always needed when removing implants. It's best to see a plastic surgeon for consultation to see which option is best for you.

Answer: Can I remove breast implants from breasts that were very different from each other with a good result? Thank you for the question. Based on your description, it sounds like you may benefit from removal of bilateral breast implants and reduction/lifting of breast tissue on one or both sides.Ultimately, whether to undergo breast implant removal or removal/replacement breast surgery is a very personal decision that only you can make after a careful consideration of pros/cons associated with each decision option. For example, if you feel that you will be happy with your breast size after breast implant removal surgery, then explantation may be in your best interests ( in order to avoid any further elective breast surgery in the future). On the other hand, if you feel that you will not be pleased with the outcome of breast implant removal surgery, revisionary breast surgery and selection of appropriate breast implant sizes/profile will be necessary to maintain overall breast symmetry. My best advice: select your plastic surgeon carefully. Make sure that he/she has significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, communicate your goals carefully, as well. Careful communication, using visual aids such as goal photographs and computer imaging, may help you (and your plastic surgeon) determine which way is best to proceed. Best wishes.
