I am considering a breast revision procedure after having a lift and implant replacement appx 6 months ago. I am overall satisfied but not completely happy with my size choice. My previous implants were McGhan 68 saline 360cc. My new implants are Natrelle silicone SRM 375cc. Although my implants are larger, my breast appear smaller than they did previously. I am now considering changing my implants to SRM 445cc but worried that may be too large. BWD 13 2/3 and 13 3/4. Will this make a diff?
I'm 3 months post augmentation with 350cc high profile implants. I'm worried about the projection, from the bottom, I look like I have 2 mountains sitting on my chest. Is there a chance they will look more natural in the coming months?
Can I go with moderate profile? I want a subtle, natural enhancement. I am currently a 34C. My BWD is 13.5. I would like to restore some upper pole fulness, while still maintaining a natural look. I would like to be a 34D or DD. PS said that I don't qualify for a lift because I don't have enough skin & due to my anatomy he's recommending high profile implants. Because my nipples droop, he's recommending I get at least 520cc to restore volume.
Hi, Im 55 tall and 120lbs. Pre kids I was around a 30c bra size. I went in to my first appointment with my surgeon and he measured my BWD at 10cm, my NF at 5/6 and ptosis at 4. My goal is to be much larger than I was pre kids. I tried on sizers in the 400cc range and was happy with that look. My surgeon on the other hand comes from a more natural look perspective so he seems uncomfortable with my implant size choices. Im looking in the 420cc range with sientra xtra high. Is this too big?
My first boob job was over 10 years ago, everything went well but after pregnancy my boobs looked strange and separat so I booked a consultation. I didnt want a lift because I was afraid of big scars, and the doctor told me I would have to go big if I want to see a lift. I went for the surgery without those pressure socks, I was told I could continue to smoke onky have to smoke less and I only got 1 shot of Clexane afterwards, so I had a pulmonary embolism, can I still have boob job? Too big :(
Hello! I have saggy breasts and am a B cup. I am 510 and weigh 150 pounds I also have wider shoulders. After doing research I really want to get 600cc implants. But a friend warned me to not go over 350cc on your first time. I never heard that you need to build up to the size you want. I found a surgeon who said he can do a lift and implant through the aerola. Is this size too big? Do I really need several surgeries to obtain a bigger size?
I have a wide torso/shoulders,wide breast pocket, but otherwise am completely flat. I am wanting a very natural look, and upon looking at other pictures thought 250-300 would be a good range for me. At my consult my PS recommended 339cc mod+ based on my measurements. This felt way bigger than what I had been considering. Im wanting a conservative look. Would this size be too big?
I had a BA and stated I wanted a natural look as Im 40 y/o. I just wanted to fill in lost volume from breastfeeding. At the consult the Dr stated a 300cc HP implant would be his recommendation. I am an out of town patient so emailed some final thoughts/wish pics. I specifically stated 300-400cc range. I started with a deflated 34C with the goal of being a full 34C/small D. I woke up with 445 UHP implants. Is it reasonable for me to ask him to revise to a smaller implant at HIS cost?
33year old, 54 no children but plan on becoming pregnant at some point in the future (not sure when). My natural cup size is a 32D. I am seeking an augmentation without lift. My goal isnt necessarily to gain size but fill in my upper part of breast for volume and a natural result. My surgeon suggested a 325 and 350cc smooth silicone. I am worried this is too big, I have tried to find research and photos on naturally bigger boobs with implants but cant find much.
Hello. I recently had a consultation appointment with Dr.Shah in Columbus and have a surgery date scheduled for November. I originally came in wanting to discuss a 500-600cc option, but based on my dimensions (210lbs, 5'7 and having broader shoulders I am 9.5 inches between nipples) he advised I could go up to 700cc. I currently wear a 38b/c bra, and I am looking to go up to a DD cup size. Does this sound like something doable? I was looking at the Mentor Mod+ silicone implants.
