Breast Augmentation + Square Q&A

I am worried My breasts are slowly getting closer together.. This is causing my cleavage to look my square in the middle and cause denting at certain angles. Do you think I am developing symmastia? Is there anyway i can prevent it from getting worse? I am currently exactly 6 months post op. I feel like my breasts are getting worse with time.

Five years after surgery and my breast look square, the bottom part of my breast feels like just breast tissues I don't feel the implant. My left side lol worst and I've have pain in the area of my chest/shoulder area tha started around 5-6 months after surgery. What is wrong? Is a capsular contracture? I want to explant with en bloc to get rid of this pain

What can I do to help my breasts drop and round out more? They are very high and square looking. Do I have Franken boob?

Today is my 2 days post op. It is very tight and has lots of pressure. I know that it will go over time. But I am concerning about my implant: I chose 475cc High Profile, under muscles. However, it looks very square and high. Will my implants round more and will it project more?

I did a lot of researching and looked at tons of pictures before selecting the doctor I went to.. and of course I know now that the after pictures are 6-8 weeks after the procedure. My left boob looks less square compared to my right. Also now my nipple/areolas are uneven. Is this normal healing process?

I got 600 cc High Profile Saline implants on Nov. 1st ,2012. They are stiff and look like jellybeans. They don't really have any round shape to them. I just started massaging them because they don't hurt anymore. I have had them exactly one week and I'm freaking out. I just want them to drop and look normal. Did I get them too big? Is there anything wrong with them? Anything I can do to make them more round? I was a 34 c pre- surgery.

In these pictures i've used arrows to show areas of concern where it appears to be squared off. I also included one that shows a weird indent under my right breast next to my incision. I realize I am still early in the scope of things to be really worried, but it almost seems they look worse now then they did two weeks ago.
