Is it normal for one of my boobs to look like it’s dropping more than the other? (photo)

Dear Jessgirl1,dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position.I understand that you are worried about your implants are not dropping as expected. However, you are still in the early phase of the recovery period. Please do allow some time for the healing process to occur. If after six months, you are not satisfied with the appearance of your breast, you can visit your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns.Daniel Barrett, MD

It can take up to a year for the breasts to fully drop into
the pocket and even out. Until then, you will not see the results of surgery.
It is important that you are following your surgeon’s post-operative care
instructions to ensure the best results. We recommend consulting with your
surgeon to further discuss your concerns.

Early asymmetry after breast augmentation is common.  It will take time, sometimes 3-6 months, before you see the final appearance of your breasts.  Therefore I recommend patience at this time.  Congratulations on your recent surgery.  Hope this helps!

Hello and thank you for your question. It is not uncommon for breasts to heal at a different rate. During the healing process, asymmetries may be more pronounced however, you need to allow adequate time to heal before evaluating your result. It can take up to six months, in some cases longer, for your breasts to soften, drop, and settle.
