Breast Augmentation + Menstruation Q&A

I am having breast augmentation November 15 and I just started my period. I take dandelion route for water retention. Is it OK to continue this or should I stop now?

I posted my question and pictures and I was happy that I got the answers from the doctors, but i notice something which I didnt before, the puffiness gets unswollen when under the shower or gets cold like the normal right breast. And its more puffy when my mentrual cycle approach and after that it becomes less puffy, does that also means I have a tubular breast? Im looking forward to see a doctor.

I read that for the most part it was okay to get BA while a woman is on her period; however, my question was not for sizing but was in regards to the Periareolar Incision. If my PS chose to go with that incision, would the milk ducts be more prone to getting damaged due to it being more swollen during menstruation? I do want this incision but also afraid of damaging the milk ducts to breast feed in the future.

Hi doctors, Could you let me know from a surgeon's perspective, are there any cons from operating on a patient (breast reconstruction / augmentation) right around when the patient's period /menstrual cycle is due? Would it affect the aesthetic results when tissues are a bit different and possibly tender around that period of time?

Will your surgery be canceled if your on your period and how do the hospital deal with the patient having cramps and etc while being drug up are they given some type of medicine for that or what

Does the anesthsia throw off your menstrual cycle? How long is normal? Also will your breast hurt before your menstrual cycle after Breast Augmenation? Before the surgery when I got my cycle every month my breast didnt hurt but I was wondering now that I did this will they hurt now?

I had a breast augmentation exacly one month ago today. I was supposed to start my menstrual cycle 2 weeks ago and I have not started yet. I am not pregnant, so I am curious if this is normal? Is there any amount of time that I should go and see my doctor if I have not started at a certain time? I talked to my PS and he said they have had cases of this but I'm just still a little worried I guess because it has been 2 weeks. Any information would be helpful.
