Ive had my implants for a lil over a year. I went under the muscle. 6-7 months post op i woke up to my right Breast implant feeling and looking flatter than the left. Loss of volume in the centre of the breast. The sides are more protruding and the breast looks overall flatter. My surgeon is in another country so we did a video call and he said it was due to muscle adjusting? Fluids?
I am 48 and had breast augumentation just over a year ago. I didn't get to do the rice test as my surgery was only a few weeks away from my consultation so I went with the advice of my surgeon. But also had lost quite alot of weight and did have large breasts before hand. He told me I didn't need a uplift?. The surgery went ahead and things was fine until the swelling started to go down then I noticed loose skin and my breasts falls away from the implant. Causing still sagging and sore breasts.
A year post op and went in to discuss a revision surgery. I am 57, 125, slender/athletic frame. When I went in the first time, I hesitated last minute and downsized about 50cc from what I had originally tried on cause I was nervous about being too big. I got 355cc, ultimately they just are too small on my frame and the right and left are noticeably different. Which was hard to see from the start because I was pretty flat chested. Anyways. I still want to look natural and dont want huge boobs but would like to more fullness overall. I am torn between doing 410cc on the left (my larger breast) and 425cc on my right (smaller breast) OR 425cc on my left and 440cc on my right. 355 to 410 (55cc increase) 355 to 425 (70cc increase) I guess my concern is them being too big, cause the cc number just scares me when it starts to get into those higher numbers. BUT, would 55ccs make a difference? Pics are my before and after.
They didnt hurt when bending over at any point up until now- Im a year from surgery and now get a painful sensation under my breast. I even have the pain when wearing a sports bra. What could possibly cause this? Ive never had pain like this before and Im worried its due to the implants being too wide and low for my body / bottoming out

Hello, I had a breast augmentation done a little over a year ago. I got 350cc silicone implant on the right, and 375cc silicone implant on the left. Just recently I started having sharp pain in my left breast/ribcage area. I also noticed my left breast is drooping to the side. Can anyone tell me what is going on? Thank you.
I had breast augmentation one year ago and have noticed that my right breast is quite different than my left one. Its off to the side and feels like its falling into my armpit. I feel like its pulling to the side. At my 1 year check-in my doctor commented on this issue and suggested that I take Montelukast for for three months. I am wondering what is happening with this breast and if this medicine will really help the asymmetry. Im hoping to get a second opinion on whats happening.
