BBL (1 year post op) is too big can it be reduced safely? (Photos)

I had lipo360 and BBL 1 year ago. I asked for natural results and straight off the table I realised that I was given way too much hips which I did not want and my bum is too full. Is there a way to completely remove the hips and reduce or remove the butt altogether to make it small. Also will that procedure be much safer than BBL.
