Tummy tuck revision and BBL - will 450cc be proportional and natural? (Photos)

I have a few questions about my upcoming revision surgery. I previously had a 360 tummy tuck, liposuction of my back and flanks, and a BBL with 400 cc of fat transferred to each buttock. Unfortunately, I developed skin necrosis after surgery, but it has completely healed, although I do have some scar tissue. I’m planning to have a tummy tuck revision and would also like another round of 360 liposuction with additional fat grafting to my buttocks. Ideally, I would like to add about 450 cc per buttock, but if you feel 300 cc per buttock would give me the most natural-looking result, I’m happy with that as well. Based on my body frame (5’4”, 140 pounds), do you think 450 cc would still look proportional and natural, or would it be too much? Also, because I had skin necrosis and now have scar tissue, will that affect my candidacy for additional liposuction or a second BBL? Do you think it’s safe to combine the tummy tuck revision with another BBL, and what volume would you personally recommend to achieve a fuller but still natural appearance? The last two pictures were from before my tummy tuck lipo and bbl. The last picture is the look i Would like.
