I am 12 months post op now and seriously considering the scar revision on my belly button and tummy tuck scar. PS recommended scar excision and three radiation sessions. What do you think?

Pain at the drain site may be due to the weight of the drain pulling on the skin. You might try moving the drain bulb. You should ask your surgeon what he suggests in terms of topical medications to help. Many of us do not use drains after tummy tuck to help patients avoid this...
Thank you for your pictures. If you have a point where this seroma is draining it really depends on how much of the seroma is left internally whether something else needs to be done. An examination by your plastic surgeon here in the states will lead you down the right path of treatment.
