20 days post op Tummy Tuck, super painful swelling. Any suggestions? (photos)

MAy have hematoma,seroma,infection. May have popped some sutures. All need an exam ASAP. Good Luck and update us please.

From your description I don't think anything is wrong in the photographs don't seem to be particularly alarming. Nevertheless report this to your surgeon.

As has been mentioned, your pictures are concerning for a possible post operative fluid collection (seroma). You should check in with your surgeon ASAP for a check up
