I have a 12 mm projection chin implant but i still feel that i have a weak chin? - how much projection do i need? - can you give me some companies who make implants that large? Thank you.

Since you appear to have a pleasing profile appearance, and since I suspect your profile is markedly improved compared to preoperatively, please consider a non-surgical approach. Filler could be injected into your chin for additional projection. If you would like this to be permanent, you could consider microdroplet Silikon-1000 for permanent soft tissue augmentation and for avoiding surgery all together. I hope this helps. You are correct in your observation. The current implant is not sufficient to provide ideal projection. There are places that produce personalized implants. Your implant can be prepared to add another 6mm.

I would recommend having the implant removed and undergoing a sliding genioplasty to add both projection and length to your chin. If further projection is needed, a 6-8 mm implant can be placed 6 months later.
