I had chin lipo, chin implant, and buccal fat removal March of 2023 and it is now August 2024 and my smile is not the same for me. I did mention it to my surgeon and he told me “it was all in my head” so don’t know what to do. I’m not in pain but I do feel tightness in my chin area when smiling, laughing or even talking. I’m posting pics because I know it’s not the same and I hate taking pictures of me smiling now. Is there something I can do to fix it?It’s mainly my bottom teeth area

A chin implant can be done after a genioplasty and an intra-oral approach can be used. The chin implant can be modified to correct the asymmetry or you may want to consider fat transfers.

A chin implant would help your projection. If you want to defeminize your face then you would benefit from a rhinoplasty. Your nasolabial lip angle is too great, it should be at 90 degrees for men.
