Hi! I had a revision chin implant 6 years after my first one which was too high. This time, a wing on the left side of the implant is dropping down just below my jaw. There is not visible issue, but I just want to know if it’s necessary to fix it? I don’t want to go back under for this, but I also don’t want issues later down the line. I’ve drawn a red line to indicate where the implant wing dips to and a blue line to indicate my jaw line.
