Based on your photos, it appears that you are a suitable candidate for an anterior necklift. This procedure is designed to address sagging and excess skin in the neck area. If you have noticeable sagging under your chin and are seeking a younger and tighter appearance in your neck, this surgery could be beneficial for you. Additionally, if the sagging extends beyond your neck and affects the lower part of your face, a lower facelift might also be considered in conjunction with the anterior necklift. A lower facelift targets sagging and wrinkles in the lower face for a more comprehensive rejuvenation. A full set of facial photographs from all angles, including front and both sides are required to make a determination about how best to proceed. These photographs are inadequate. Chin implants are placed for patients who have a recessive chin profile. Liposuction can accomplish fat removal in the neck when there's fat deposits located above the platysma muscle. A surgical neck lift is required when the fat deposits are genetic, and are located below the platysma muscle which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline.
