Hi, I am planning a chin wing osteotomy to improve my recessed chin and lip incompetence. The before and afters are impressive, and though I have read that this is a very versatile procedure, I wonder: does it always viden the lower jaw? I have a nicely tapered, V-lined jaw, and would like to keep it as such, just improve the chin projection. The change I am referring to can be seen in the lady in the image: she went from a V-line shape to a U-shape. Thank you!
