Recommendations on how to fix my side profile? (Photo)

I’ve been wanting to fix my side profile for so long. My face looks flat due to my nose and protruding mouth and/or weak chin. Besides rhinoplasty, what else can I do to fix it? Orthodontics w/ osteotomy or just genioplasty?

Both of these surgeries are done entirely through the mouth, so there will be no external incisions or scars. Although we do ask that you shave your facial hair before the surgery, there is no reason for it to be effected afterwards!
