Neck lift about a year and a half ago. 55 years old. The quality of my skin is horrible. What can I do to improve this?

Hello pearceplace.In your case I would recommend doing a mid face and neck lift so we can take out the excess skin and redrape the rest. We also need to do a platismal repair to have a smooth neck and a better angle.
