This is very particular issue and difficult to treat! It doesn't seem that radiofrequency and/or light therapy helps, fillers as well. We found that injection of nano-fat grafts produces significant improvement. Procedure of fat harvest and injection is done in local or twilight anesthesia. Hope this helps.

For deep horizontal wrinkles on your neck you can try fillers like hyperdilute radiesse which will build collagen and elastin to improve your deep wrinkles. The gold standard would be a neck lift, by releasing the deep attachments of the skin to the underlying muscle, and then repositioning the skin, you will find the deep wrinkles become much smoother. You would then need regular skin treatments with Morpheus 8 or Pixel 8 to maintain the skin health and appearance.
