I am 5’2and 125lbs. My breast width is 12. I am basically flat. 34AA with skin elasticity from breast feeding two children. Little breast tissue, i want to be full with good cleavage like my wish pic. My options given to me were 400cc in moderate high mentor boost implants or 480cc in mentor high profile boost implants. I’m so torn between these two. HELP.
Answer: Hello Hello, you need about 480 high profile, so that you have the desired result of the photo, thank you for asking.

Answer: 400cc or 480cc? Thank you for your inquiry! During the consultation or pre-op, take in some clothes and try on the different sizes of implants and see which you like and fits you better. We would love to meet with you to discuss your options. Schedule a consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon!

Answer: 400cc or 480cc boost implants Dear Intellectual945281, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Size I would suggest going with the smaller implant, and even consider going down in size. You are small and do not have much tissue to support heavy implants. With heavy implants, you are at risks of bottoming out from the weight. If you go with large implants, your surgeon might need mesh for support. anything in the 400's and up will be heavy for your tissue and also your neck and shoulders. Ask to try on both sizes.

Answer: Implant Size Selecting an implant is a critical part of the process. I would caution to stay away from larger implants and higher profiles. Big implants can create big problems that are hard to fix. Depending on your breast measurements and skin qualities....I am not sure that these implants are a good range of selections. I would recommend something more like a 300-330 moderate profile placed below the muscle.
