30 years old, 5'7, 167 lbs, I want zero flanks and a waist, are my Vaser Lipo expectations real? (Photos)

Hello, I am a 30 YO F. I am 5’7” and weigh 167. I am looking at information for Vaser lipo and wanting to know by professional experience and knowledge if my expectations are real or am I just being unrealistic. I want zero flanks (love handles) and I want a waist. Will I still be left over with fat or will it be all gone ?

The photos of the athletes/models on the left side of your photos submitted, do not represent the results that could be achieved by any outpatient procedure. This does not mean that you should not consider Liposuction with the goal of having a smaller waistline  and  a defined hourglass figure. Keep in mind that Liposuction is NOT a weight loss procedure, it is an outpatient procedure that offers refinement of contours and the removal of stubborn fat.Given your height and weight your BMI is 26.15 which is considered overweight. Would it be possible to lose 8 lbs? Then you would have a normal weight, your results would be more impressive, and your recovery would be more timely. You have a nice figure already, but to go to the next level requires life style changes then a procedure. Hope this is helpful.

Thank you for your question. 
Unfortunately, the pictures that you have provided do not show the area of the buttocks and therefore it is difficult to give you an opinion based solely on those.  However, from the photos that I see, there are areas in the flanks that can be improved with Vaser liposuction and by taking this fat and injecting it in the buttocks we can achieve a more hourglass appearance.  In order to give you more accurate advice and create a surgical plan that will fulfil your expectations, you need to have a face to face consultation and examination.

Before giving you a final outcome expectation, is important to have a proper consultation with an examination.

You appear to be an ideal candidate for Vaser ultrasound liposuction. This will contour your flanks and hips, can have fat removed aggressively for sculpted waist.

This is limited by your underlying frame, bones, muscles etc. However, some of your wish photos are very extreme and unrealistic for your body.

You should achieve desired results, enhanced waist and minimal flanks.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to confirm this as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Vaser Lipo will help snatch and contour your waist/body,but some of the pictures with a very very snatched waists are unrealistic. What you shouldconsider is a BBL with fat transfer to your hips, andskin tightening via Renuvion to make sure you have long-lasting results.

Based off of your pictures, your expectations can be met with VASER liposuction to remove all of the adiposity (fat) from your love handles and back. The thing to consider, however, is the skin. Removing a large volume of fat will create a void. My recommendation would be to consider skin tightening- either with Renuvion J Plasma or BodyTite. In addition, adding volume to the buttocks and lateral hips will help create more of a size differential and eventual slimming effect of your waistline.

Hello,
You are the ideal candidate for 360 lipo along with BBL. Girls like you should never get a second-time lipo. I highly recommend doing the BBL along with the 360 lipo. It will help you achieve a perfect hourglass shape. Vaser helps to break down fat cells without damaging surrounding tissues and keep fat cells alive which can be transferred to other areas of the body such as the buttocks. I have not looked at your front so do not know how much loose skin you have but regardless of that, you should go with 360 lipo with BBL with vaser. Good luck.

You will not look like the women in your wish pictures. Those women have muscular skeletal bodies that are very different than your own. Those patients are also very lean while you are moderately obese.

To get an idea of what Liposuction‘s results look like I suggest looking at before and after pictures of patients who have similar characteristics to your own in the before pictures.

To get the best results from liposuction patients need to also lose weight.  not necessarily before the procedure but after the procedure.

If nothing changes in lifestyle then people tend to regain the fat that was surgery gl removed simply in their new fat distribution.

You look like a good candidate for Liposuction and their results will look like you with less fat in the treated areas.

Patients often request “all the fat to be removed”. Doing so leaves a very disfigured unnatural appearance.

Skilled surgeon may be able to remove 75% of the subcutaneous fat layer but when the procedure is done to the point of removing 95% or more of the fat it usually looks like someone’s head bad Liposuction.  Liposuction is permanent and irreversible.

I suggest focusing your efforts and finding the most experienced and talented provider in your community.

Do that by having in person consultations at which time you can review before and after pictures.

Ask providers to show pictures with patients who have similar body characteristics to your own.

Those with sufficient experience should have enough before and after pictures to quite easily find patients with almost identical body characteristics.

The type of liposuction done is not of great importance. Who does the procedure and the candidacy of the patient are the only two variables that make a difference

From your photos, I note relatively full flanks and hips. 
You have provided photos of individuals, one with results appearing almost beyond possible, suggesting photoshop or other digital manipulation.
BMI, or body mass index (weight in kg / square of height in meters) is one criterion to determine the outcome of a cosmetic surgery. You can find BMI calculators on the internet. If your BMI is greater than 30, the cosmetic result will not be optimal. If your BMI is greater than 35, your operative risk will rise. Your BMI is 26.15, slightly overweight, but in a safe range.
Liposuction will eliminate fat repositories of flanks and hips, limited only by the shape of your underlying musculoskeleton, and the upper limit of liposuction volume allowed by law as each state determines a maximum safe volume to avoid hemodynamic concerns. Here in Florida, we are allowed to remove up to 4000 cc of fat (about 6-8 pounds).
Don't set expectations too high as "zero" fat is impossible to achieve.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.

You must have realistic expectations. Vaser lipo is a great technology, and in good hands you can achieve great results. But the picture of what you want is not what you will get, unless your height and weight matche. The picture of the model &hellip; if she was 5’7'' in height, she would be 125-130 lb. We can only take out max - 5 liters of fat. So, the overall result can be impressive, with a better waist definition, maybe even a little fat transfer to butt to make it more noticeable, but not what you pictured.
