Hello, I am a 30 YO F. I am 5’7” and weigh 167. I am looking at information for Vaser lipo and wanting to know by professional experience and knowledge if my expectations are real or am I just being unrealistic. I want zero flanks (love handles) and I want a waist. Will I still be left over with fat or will it be all gone ?

This does not mean that you should not consider Liposuction with the goal of having a smaller waistline and a defined hourglass figure. Keep in mind that Liposuction is NOT a weight loss procedure, it is an outpatient procedure that offers refinement of contours and the removal of stubborn fat.Given your height and weight your BMI is 26.15 which is considered overweight. Would it be possible to lose 8 lbs? Then you would have a normal weight, your results would be more impressive, and your recovery would be more timely. You have a nice figure already, but to go to the next level requires life style changes then a procedure. Hope this is helpful.

Answer: VASER Lipo Based off of your pictures, your expectations can be met with VASER liposuction to remove all of the adiposity (fat) from your love handles and back. The thing to consider, however, is the skin. Removing a large volume of fat will create a void. My recommendation would be to consider skin tightening- either with Renuvion J Plasma or BodyTite. In addition, adding volume to the buttocks and lateral hips will help create more of a size differential and eventual slimming effect of your waistline.
