Hello, 18 months ago I had a Vaser procedure and since then after also going to the gym I had a pronounced dip on one of my pecs. Is this possible to get fixed with fat transfer? Ideally under local anaesthetic? I also wondered if I could also have fat injected into the side of my torso to straighten my sides and my hips stick out and I have a dip at each side. Thank you
Answer: 18 months post-op- Can a fat transfer fix a pronounced dip on one of my pecs? Thank you for your question and photo. From this limited view photo, it appears that you still have gynecomastia (fat +/- glandular tissue) and excess fat up in your armpit. These accentuate the depression that you are concerned about. Fat transfer is done in the superior pectoralis muscle, it is injected into the muscle to give better defined masculine chest. If you wanting fat grafting into the "dip", that would not be the way to fix this area. Looking at your previous posts, it seems that you had VASER lipo done at different times to different body areas. You cannot achieve a great result with piecemeal surgery. In men, body sculpting is all or none to create a chiseled masculine look. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques in men for an in person evaluation. Good luck.

Answer: Chest Masculanization Based on your picture, you are a candidate for a fat transfer to address the divot present on your right chest. To attain high definition contouring of the chest wall, I recommend taking it a step further and defining your chest borders to achieve an armor plate appearance. This will create a bold pentagonal appearance that is indicative of a masculine appearance. This can be accomplished with a combination of high definition VASER liposuction and fat grafting to those areas. The Gold Standard for superior liposuction results requires use of the advanced technology of ultrasound-assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I perform full body liposuction cases every week. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently resulted in outstanding liposuction outcomes. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of degree of excess fat by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. If skin redundancy is observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee

Answer: Fat transfer after liposuction Your picture does not demonstrate a significant problem. Maybe it’s the angle of the picture but I don’t see where you need intervention Maybe it’s the angle of the picture but I don’t see where you need intervention. Fat transfer can help add volume but is tricky in areas previously treated with Liposuction because those areas have been made devoid of hosed tissue to support tissue grafting. In order for Grafted fat to survive it has to be surrounded by live vascular tissue and an Aries over treated with Liposuction there is usually very little host tissue to support the graft leaving only very small amount of fat to survive after fat transfer. You seem to have multiple areas of concern so perhaps follow up with your provider or schedule a proper second opinion consultation. To assess the outcome of a surgical procedure we typically always need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have those then you should ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took. Overall your results look very good. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Answer: Liposuction / fat transfer to fill in contour irregularity of chest post previous liposuction Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photo, the soft tissue contour irregularity of the lateral chest wall is demonstrated. Knowledge of the appearance of the opposite breast will determine if the indentation should be filled or if the residual fat above the indentation should be removed. If there is asymmetry of the chest due to liposuction-induced fat loss, fat transfer to the area is possible. As the area is relatively small, it can be performed under local anesthesia. I cannot comment upon your hips and torso as you did not provide photos. Best wishes...
