I had Vaser lipo to contour my outer thighs. The right has definitely reduced in bulk but the left has been left with a weird bulge. What has happened. The consultant is happy to revise but I want to know why I’ve ended up like this?

I do not know the detail of your case but there are a few factors that affect the results. 1. Surgeon's experience: This procedure is an art and needs to be done by an experienced and board-certified physician. Poor techniques can ruin the results.2. Aftercare: That includes lymphatic massages, compression garments, etc. It is very crucial for you to understand that you have to get proper aftercare and failure to do these treatments may cause fibrosis and scar tissue and can significantly affect the results. Vaser lipo actually is the best way to perform lipo which breakdown the fat cells without damaging the surrounding tissue, so the patient will experience less pain, bruising, shorter recovery, and amazing results. Understand it is not the lipo technology used, though I prefer manual small caliber cannulae, it is the end user (the surgeon!). Best to seek in person second opinions from only experts in lipo.
