Hello, after reviewing your pictures it does appear that you have a bulge on the left side. I do not know the detail of your case but there are a few factors that affect the results. 1. Surgeon's experience: This procedure is an art and needs to be done by an experienced and board-certified physician. Poor techniques can ruin the results.2. Aftercare: That includes lymphatic massages, compression garments, etc. It is very crucial for you to understand that you have to get proper aftercare and failure to do these treatments may cause fibrosis and scar tissue and can significantly affect the results. Vaser lipo actually is the best way to perform lipo which breakdown the fat cells without damaging the surrounding tissue, so the patient will experience less pain, bruising, shorter recovery, and amazing results. Sorry for your poor lipo results of excess irregular fat with skin wrinkling. Understand it is not the lipo technology used, though I prefer manual small caliber cannulae, it is the end user (the surgeon!). Best to seek in person second opinions from only experts in lipo.

Our extremities are not symmetrical to start with. I can see a bulge on your left thigh in your before picture. It’s just above the scale on the floor in the picture you have enclosed.

The fullness may represent the greater truck canter of your femur a skin bulge from how the skin drapes or related to fat distribution.

Pull up on the skin above the area of concern with both hands until your skin is tight while looking in the mirror or have someone else take a picture while doing it.

You can palpate to see if you feel the trochanter of your femur sticking out in that area as well.

If the counter isn’t fat related then doing more liposuction may or may not achieve your results.

From your photos, I note unevenness of contour of both outer thighs, perhaps partially due to residual fat and partially due to lax skin.
15% 0f cosmetic procedures can benefit from secondary revision, especially if a significant amount of fat was previously removed. If your previous procedure was performed more than 6 months ago, you should revisit you plastic surgeon.
