Looking to fix asymmetry after a deep plane facelift - would filler help? (Photos)

Had a deep plane facelift over a year ago. It left asymmetry which resulted in lipo, then an in office revison with fat graft. Sadly, there is still asymmetry and i am hoping this can be improved without further surgery. Would filler help with this? Thanks

Thank you for the great question. You can have a deep plane facelift at any time. There is no rational for waiting at this point unless that is what you desire.

Hello, hope you are doing well. The short answer is 'no', doing electrolysis will not make a future facelift more difficult. These procedures are done in different tissue planes, so we don't really need to worry about one procedure interfering with the other. Best, Dr. Tower
