Had a deep plane facelift over a year ago. It left asymmetry which resulted in lipo, then an in office revison with fat graft. Sadly, there is still asymmetry and i am hoping this can be improved without further surgery. Would filler help with this? Thanks

It should be safe but your surgeon and anesthesiologist can help you make that determination. You might need to be monitored for longer in the PACU. If you have a recent sleep study that can also help them to make an informed decision.
