I am 9 months post op deep plane facelift and I am facing some problems on both sides of my head: - my cheeks loos volume and they look „pressed in” - I have small cones (marked yellow) of the akin where the incision ends. They look terrible - around those „cones” I have a scar tissue under my skin, it feels like the skin is literraly glued to the muscle What kind of treatment can I do to resolve the scar tissue? Will it help the cones to dissapear or do I have to have them removed by a surgeon? Why do I have the holes in my cheeks? Looks like something was removed during the surgery… I had full cheeks before the facelift. Someone recommended the shockwave therapy to me to break the scar tissue but wont it breakdown even more fatt in my cheeks?
