Its not an actual dent, and is only seen in some random lighting but it bugs me. If you feel the area it feels completely smooth, but in the right lighting it seems as though theres a small dent there, like a wrinkle if that makes sense. Its been about 5 days and I still see the shadow. I'm not sure what it is, my skin has a weird way of creating shadows! Will filler fix it better?

Answer: Fillers Can Help To Eliminate Certain Shadows I have successfully treated circumstances like this many times in the past in various areas of the face, including, as in your case, the glabella area. Since you have already been treated with Botox in that area, I would suggest a microdroplet or two of a cohesive, smooth, easily moldable filler, such as Belotero Balance, which would be my choice for this in my Upper East Side Manhattan practice, since it posseses little to no likelihood to giving rise to the unwanted, bluish Tyndall Effect when injected very superficially, as would be required here. (In my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved fillers are available, I would opt for Teosyal Redensity II). Good luck to you.

Answer: Fillers & Botox If this is your first time doing botox, you can wait for a few months to see if this softens on its own over time. For a quicker fix restylane or another hyaluronic acid based filler can be injected into this area for immediate correction. Best, Dr Papantoniou.
