I had rhinoplasty three weeks ago to correct a hump on my nose. I am happy with the front view of my face but my nose now looks really weird from the profile, almost unnatural, like a boxers nose. My radix looks really high and wide and is very hard to touch. I hate it. Will it stay like this?

It is extremely unlikely that you caused any major damage to your nose this far along in your healing process . The tenderness may have just been caused by irritation. It doesn't sound worrisome, but if you are concerned, you should talk to your physician and see what they advise.
