I dream of having a longer oval softer face shape. I am happy with my oval forehead but not my square masculine jawline and short chin. Is there any way for me to lengthen and soften my face? Apart from Botox in jaw masseter this helps a little but I'd like permenant change and tried this a few times before. Would like a surgical option that's permanent. Thank you doctors

The key is facial balance. We can adjust the cheeks, jaw, or forehead as needed for that balance. Your face could potentially benefit from jaw surgery for example which is done through the inside of the mouth. Of course, it'll be easier to know what's right with different photos.
