Your chin seems to be more prominent that the back of your jaw, but both can be sculpted in surgery. The technique I use begins with incisions on the inside of your mouth to access the bone. I then shape the bone precisely using a powered rasp. The most difficult part of recovery is swelling of the masseter muscle which can last several months, but you will certainly see a big difference right away.

Your doctor should take an xray and determine the cause of this. If it is only chin that is protruded, we could perform sliding genioplasty and correct it.
