I had a breast augmentation and bbl . No drains attached to me at all. I'm not that small either . 146lb pre surgery at 5'3.75

Answer: Drains after BBL Thanks for reaching out. I actually never use drains after BBL. It depends on your surgeons preference. I do however have my patients use compression garments for at least 6 weeks.I hope this helps :)

Answer: BBL and drains Most surgeons do not use drains after a BBL. Exceptions may be if the surgeon goes particularly aggressive in a certain area and feels that there is a potential for fluid to buildup in this space. However, usually good compression and well-formed garments will prevent this.Best of luck!
