Thanks for reaching out. I actually never use drains after BBL. It depends on your surgeons preference. I do however have my patients use compression garments for at least 6 weeks.I hope this helps :)
Most surgeons do not use drains after a BBL. Exceptions may be if the surgeon goes particularly aggressive in a certain area and feels that there is a potential for fluid to buildup in this space.
