Thanks for reaching out. I actually never use drains after BBL. It depends on your surgeons preference. I do however have my patients use compression garments for at least 6 weeks.I hope this helps :)
Most surgeons do not use drains after a BBL. Exceptions may be if the surgeon goes particularly aggressive in a certain area and feels that there is a potential for fluid to buildup in this space. However, usually good compression and well-formed garments will prevent this.Best of luck!Dr. SubbioBoard-Certified Plastic SurgeonNewtown Square/Philadelphia, PA

Most patients do not have drains after a liposuction and fat transfer to the buttock procedure; wearing the right sized garment is key.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Thank you for the question. In general, drains are not placed after BBL. I recommend compression garments and massages after surgery.

Thank you for your question. It is possible to have these procedures done at once but you have to find a doctor willing to combine them during one procedure and be willing to follow their aftercare instructions as the recovery will be more intense than staging them. I generally stage these...
Your BBL can be done for 10K. However, I want to reiterate to you that you will need to have your entire body liposuctioned; this recommendation is because you will need all of your fat to be removed to transfer to your buttocks so that you can actually see a difference and not feel that you ...
Follow your surgeon post op instructions since she/he is most familiar with your medical history and the procedure performed. I would recommend wearing the compression garment for 5-6 weeks after surgery and continue with massaging on the lipo areas.
When performing a BBL a surgeon tries to improve the contour by rounding out the butt. This often involves adding fat to the top (to create a rounded look), to the bottom (to fill out any sagging) and to the dome of the buttock (to increase projection). The size of your buttock in your photo ...
