Will my BBL be able to stay under a $10k budget? (photos)

Question

I want to get a Brazilian butt lift for the summer of 2017. I weigh 135 and I am 5'4". What I want is to have fat removed from my back, stomach for a flat belly and love handles in order to get it injected onto my butt and hips. My question is-with everything I want done- will I be able to stay within a $10k budget in the LA area (most likely Beverly Hills). I'm not cheap- I just don't want to waste money on consultations with 5 different doctors, an educated guess would be great.

Yes!  My typical BBL runs around $8k.  I have an office in BH but it is done awake at that location.  I think a BBL gets the best result when you are asleep.  My other office is in the IE.  At that center, I have the ability to get you to sleep for the procedure.   If you have any further questions/comments/concerns please reach out.  Otherwise, I wish you the best of luck!

Cost varies by geographic location, surgeon expertise, OR time, anesthesia, length of procedure etc.  I would recommend that you see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who specializes in aesthetic and restorative plastic surgery and who is also a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgery.  You can call their offices in advance and ask for quotes prior to scheduling consultations.

The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.

You appear to be a good candidate for a BBL procedure, however these photos only show limited views of your entire body. You can likely find a good surgeon in your price range, look for lots of good before/after photos and good online reviews. Price is important, but it's only one factor in making your decision. Your BBL can be done for 10K. However, I want to reiterate to you that you will need to have your entire body liposuctioned; this recommendation is because you will need all of your fat to be removed to transfer to your buttocks so that you can actually see a difference and not feel that you have wasted your money. A consultation will provide you a tally of all of your fat areas so that you know how much fat you will have to transfer.

Thank you for your question and photographs.There are several factors that can affect the cost of this procedure: location, surgeon, and how many areas you wish to harvest fat from (liposuction). When I perform a BBL, I will evaluate the patient’s body to make sure that they are a good candidate for the Brazilian butt lift. It will also be assessed as to which areas will be liposuctioned. Depending on the amount of fat necessary to fill the buttocks area, multiple donor sites on the body may be considered. After liposuction has been performed, a closed sterile system is used which ensures the fat tissue is never exposed to the air. This keeps it safe and purified for reinjection into the buttocks. Our plastic surgery office uses P188, a triple-wash antibiotic that sterilizes the tissue and separates the healthy fat from any tissue that may not survive the transfer process. I will then reinject the fat to make sure that the layering is done properly, effectively and that the results are smooth and shapely. I would do some research on plastic surgeons in your area and be sure to consult with the ones who are board certified in plastic surgery for optimal results.
