If you are in good overall health a combined liposuction/fat transfer procedure may be combined with a breast augmentation procedure in the same day. The procedure may take between 3-4 hours depending on your size. During the recovery it's important to rest/sleep on your side as you don't want too much pressure on your buttock or your breasts.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

It is possible to have these procedure combined, but the recovery is more difficult and the complications risk increases. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.

Personally I don't perform those procedure at the same time. Thank you for your question.It is possible to have these procedures done at once but you have to find a doctor willing to combine them during one procedure and be willing to follow their aftercare instructions as the recovery will be more intense than staging them. I generally stage these procedures simply because you will have to refrain from sitting/laying on your buttocks for at least 3 weeks after a BBL which means you would need to sleep on your stomach, which may not be optimal when just having a tummy tuck or breast augmentation.
