I have a petite frame and I feel that my bbl is just a little too big for me. The other issue is that there is more fat at the top of the buttocks which has left the middle part of the buttocks quite flat (better seen from side profile pic) and caused some indentation. What can be done to make the buttocks a little smaller? Is it possible to push the fat from the top of the buttocks to the middle to fill out the indents?? Is surgery the only option?? Thanks
