I did lipo 360 in August 2018 and was told by the PS that he could not fill the dent with fat transfer due to scar tissue. Is there any way to fix this? Help unhappy with my this dent I've had my whole life.

Answer: Fixing Dents Contour irregularities (dents) on the buttock and thigh is problematic for many people. While complete correction can be difficult, improvements can be made by releasing some of the scar tissue with liposuction cannulas or with needles and then injecting fat or dermal fillers to support the area. Repeat treatment can be done if desired for additional correction.

Answer: How can you fix a dent on the butt if you have scar tissue? The dent may not be totally corrected but should be able to be significantly improved. this involves subcision of the scar and fat transfer and will probably take 2-4 treatments for maximum results.
