I had lipo in May of 2014 and my surgery and recovery went smooth. I had a round two done June 2016. It’s November two years later and my stomach is still hard. The skin is still sensitive if I pinch it and it’s lumpy. I believe this is fibrosis. Is there a procedure that can be done to fix this? I have attached some photos. There is also a fat pocket on my lower abdomen and a odd indentation in my stomach that looks worse when I raise my arms

This likely needs a revision procedure sometime requiring fat grafting or skin removal to break apart the scar tissue. I suggest you see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
