I had both upper & lower blepharoplasty 4 months ago. Please tell me if I should have reconstructive surgery for the wrinkled skin texture at outer edge and big wrinkle at inner edge of my eyes. There is also a piece of skin at both outer edges (see pix) that pulls when opening my eyes. Should this be fixed? My eyes are so different in shape which is what I wanted fixed with this surgery. Is that too much to expect? I was also told that the skin area under my eyes will always be slightly swollen?

This issue is not that uncommon with or without surgery. If it's been about five months you may want to give it a few more months before you try and do revision surgery. Ideally waiting around a year is best but not always necessary. One thing that would be important for me to know is was there...
I think this is too early to jump to conclusions. This will get better. If not in 6 months I would consider tacking that area down or excising that little piece of skin there.
