I underwent Asian eyelid surgery about 2.5 weeks ago and am really unhappy with my left eye. The surgeon made an incision into my epicanthal fold on my left eye and I'm now left with forked skin on the inner corner of my left eye (right eye is fine). It's quite depressing. He said if he hadn't made the incision, I would've complained that the fold was not deep enough on my left eye? Baffled as to why I wasn't consulted about this beforehand. What are my options? Does what he said make sense?
