Will Liposuction Work to Reduce the Size of Your Butt?

Question

I want to reduce the size of my butt. Basically, I want a smaller butt. Working out does not help this area. I asked about a double butt in my first question so maybe I was not clear in what I was asking.

Liposuction can reduce the size of your buttocks but you must be cautious in the areas to be treated. Excessive lipo in the wrong areas could produce a sagging or "wet diaper" apperance.

Yes liposuction can reduce the girth of the buttock bur you should see a board certified surgeon who is very experienced in buttock liposuctiin to minimize the chance of obtaining irregularities and a drooped buttock. It needs to keep harmony with the outer thighs and back of the thighs as well.

Yes, liposuction of the buttocks can help reduce the size of the buttocks.  However, there has to be a balance between reducing the size and ending up with loose skin.  If you post pictures, we may be able to give you more advice.  Good luck.

Buttock liposuction can be used to decrease the overall volume of the buttocks, but it has to be done carefully to avoid a deflated buttock that drops like an old person's.

In my experience, liposuction is generally not recommended for treatment of the true buttocks area. Now  what your surgeon may consider the buttocks and what you consider the buttocks may differ. In this case it would be best for you to have an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and make some recommendations based on your anatomy and desires.
