I had a dis without Genioplasty and now my top and bottom teeth keeps hitting and my tongue is sticking with my teeth I don’t know how to position it anymore my jaw keeps getting tighter. Will the Genioplasty help with that?

Generally, there is bone growth over the plates and screws, but the plate can be removed and a revision genioplasty performed. It is helpful to know the name of the plating company used in the first surgery so the surgeon can have the necessary screwdriver that may be particular to those screws....

Baes on your presentation (x-rays and photos) it appears that your chin is short and I would recommend a lengthening genioplasty. There is sufficient bone to perform this procedure. The surgery is done in our office with sedation anesthesia and takes about an hour. You have a deep mentolabial...

There is no doubt that liposuction of the neck and chin augmentation would change and improve your profile. However, I am not sure about buccal fat removal. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial surgery is recommended. Good luck.
