No you can not glue it. The wound edges need to be trimmed of the skin appendages and then sewn together. It is a fairly quick procedure that can be done under local anesthesia.
Once it has healed and the split is lined with skin then it will not glue back. If it had torn out and it was glued immediately you might succeed in getting to heal but it would be difficult and unlikely to succeed. Where it has cut out slowly and the split is healed then glue will not get it healed.Be careful with glue as I have seen nasty dermatitis when people have tried to glue their ears!!You are best advised to see a suitably trained and experienced plastic surgeon.
