Could I get a sliding genioplasty to achieve a slimmer lower face?

Could I get a sliding genioplasty to achieve a slimmer lower face (along with buccal fat removal and chin lipo) ? I want a longer slimmer chin and a more defined jawline, however I don't want a wider jaw. So my question is, can I get all the procedures mentioned above but with just enough Bellafiil tto my jawline for a little definition?
