I’ve been trying to find any places that do hip fillers besides Sculptra. I’ve come across genefill which seems to give the best results and is more cost effective than Sculptra but the only office in the US I can find is in Miami. Are there any more fillers I should be looking into?
Answer: Hip dip fillers I could be wrong but i do not believe that Genefill is FDA approved, hence this is probably the reason why you can only find one office in the USA offering it. That being said, here are the blunt facts about treating hips dips. In general, cosmetic hip implants are the most reliable, predictable, and permanent option for filling in the hip dips and creating more of that feminine hourglass figure, whether slim or not. On the other hand, fat transfer to the hip area tends to survive quite poorly in most patients and thus produces only short term results (often less than 10-12 months). Injections/fillers such as Sculptra or hyaluronic acids are cost prohibitive (i.e. guaranteed to be one of the biggest waste of money of your entire lifetime), short lasting and possibly deadly in high volume injections. Others such as silicone/PMMA/hydrogels/etc are cheap but extremely dangerous and a personal commitment to a life of serious and sometimes deadly consequences. Typically hip implants are best custom designed and created for each individual patient’s anatomy. Because an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons perform this procedure, make sure you seek consultation with a reputable and experienced cosmetic hip implant specialist. You may have to travel a long distance from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

Answer: Hip dips Dear goldenn_, you can get fat transfer or Sculptra for permanent solution of hip dips. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Treatment options for hip dips Fillers or sculpture or not realistic options for hip dips unless you’re independently wealthy and feel like spending a big chunk what your worth and fillers. The only options available art fat transfer or solid silicone implant. some people can have liposuction to reduce their love handles and waste above the hemp dip which can reduce the appearance of a dip. Typical volume when doing fat transfer may be 400-700 mL of fat. If fillers were used it could probably be accomplished using 300 to 600 mL per side. Considering that HA fillers which is what Genefill is I typically at least $500 per milliliter you can probably do the math yourself. On top of this fillers are a temporary treatment. There just aren’t many people willing to spend several hundred thousand dollars on fillers for a temporary treatment. every person I’ve ever known who’s tried sculpture for hip dips was left disappointed. If you’re interested and having this area treated then you should consider fat transfer. It’s basically a modified BBL. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
