Still bloated and have a muffin top 11 months post Tummy Tuck - Should I get a revision? (photos)

I had a tummy tuck 11 months ago. But I still feel very bloated and like I have a muffin top. I had a major muscle repair done also and my abdominal muscles are still sore from it. So I’m not sure if it’s normal. My plastic surgeon said everything looked fine. But I am not.
