I'm told a transconjunctival lower bleph is best for my eye bags. As I understand it, this tends to be a sutureless procedure. Is it always sutureless? What about my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome? I had uneventful healing after carpal tunnel open release, but I am older now and notice my skin's much thinner. Small things cut it easily. A paper bag over my arm created a cut, which widened and infected overnight. It wouldn't heal so I had to take Keflex. I am concerned sutureless incisions wouldn't too.
