I have a frontal bossing and I've personally struggled with for the past few years. I'm a 23 year old. I would greatly appreciate any or all details/tips on the procedure and how I should go about this. costs recovery reduction Thank you!

The forehead protrusions to which your refer as known as forehead 'horns". They are bony protrusions,usually bilateral, that appear at the upper half of the forehead. They can be reduced fairly easily by bone burring through either a hairline or a more posterior scalp incision.

Based on your photos, you do not appear to have frontal bossing(enlargement of the frontal ridge). Instead you appear to have atrophy of the forehead fat pad and/or frontal bone.
