It is certainly possible to do a brow lift on one side but there might be more to your asymmetry than the brow alone. There may be orbital bone asymmetry and/or ptosis as well.
Are you referring to facial feminization procedure for the upper eye area ? That would require brow lift along with brow bone shaving. Volume can be added to the upper eyelid area later.
