You present with a complex deformity that will require scar revision and lowering of right brow. This may require either endoscopic or open approach with incisions placed in hair bearing scalp. Detailed clinical evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

It is certainly possible to do a brow lift on one side but there might be more to your asymmetry than the brow alone.  There may be orbital bone asymmetry and/or ptosis as well.

Are you referring to facial feminization procedure for the upper eye area ?  That would require brow lift along with brow bone shaving. Volume can be added to the upper eyelid area later. 

Is it not normal for pain six months after a brow lift. See your doctor and if necessary, obtain a second opinion. 

I routinely inject fat to the forehead on my facial fat grafting patients with good results. Some patients would need more than one session for optimal fullness.  In my experience, the outcome is natural and carries less risk than placement of a forehead implant.  Hope that helps.  

Thank you for Shean for your question.Assuming your scars heal well and you have no personal or family history of dark or raised scars (keloids), you could consider a hairline incision, an advancement of your scalp forward (lowering the hairline) and at the same time, raising your eyebrows....
