What procedures for Upper orbital rim / brow reconstruction? (photos)

Are you referring to facial feminization procedure for the upper eye area ?  That would require brow lift along with brow bone shaving. Volume can be added to the upper eyelid area later. 

The aesthetic results you desire would appear to be what we call facial feminization. I do a fair amount of that which entails doing an open (versus endoscopic) browlift and drilling down the supra-orbital bone. In some cases we have to augment the area above this with a synthetic material in foreheads that slope back too severely. Examples can be seen on my RealSelf site.

Dear SwedishnycThat level brow lift would look rather striking and unnatural for most men. In addition, it would be difficult to revise. make sure you have a good understanding of what your goals are and proceed safely.

Brow lift and bony orbital contouring is a procedure that we developed 35 years ago. We use the Irregular  Trichophytic   incision and Forehead lift technique and contour the bone which is better than using an implant. Examples of this work can be seen on my website. Make sure you look at the scar created since hair should grow thru  it and not behind it.

Eyebrow elevation is best achieved with the Irregular Trichophytic Hairline Incision Technique that we described years ago; with this approach the hairline is not elevated as it is with an endoscopic procedure and can actually be lowered if necessary. Orbital bony contouring is done when indicated as part of the technique I'm recommending. Upper eyelid fat can be injected if necessary but I cannot tell if this is necessary for you without lifting your brows.

A browlift would achieve the result that you are looking for.  An endobrow may not be able to lift it up that much and an a direct brow approach may be needed.  I can't assess the need for contouring with the photo given.  However, boney contouring can be done at the same time as a browlift.  Having said this, the picture given shows a very high brow and this typically would look a wee bit odd in most men.  During an in-office exam, morphing can be done to give you an idea as to how you would look with the brow in different positions.  Best wishes.

The wish photo you included is an an extremely high brow and this will require an aggressive brow lift, endoscopic lift will not be enough and you may not want the true open lift because of the scarring. Fat grafting should be enough to get the contour you like for the orbital rim without using implants.
