Hey, I have mildly asymmetrical chin with no biting problems. I also find it a bit too long for my face. So that makes me in need of jaw/chin reduction. On the other hand i dont want to have screws or plates considering it's safety. Is there an option as directly shaving the chin and if there is, does the bone grow back after this procedure. Thanx for your help.
