How to reduce a square jaw? (photo)

Question

I have an extremely square jaw as you can see in the photos and I’m looking to have a more feminine (v shaped) face. I also would like a treatment that will last as long as possible because I am terribly afraid of surgery and needles. If any natural ways to reduce my jaw are available that would be amazing but I am prepared to undergo surgery as long as it is as little as possible to get the desired effect.

I do jaw shaping surgery several times each week, perhaps more than anywhere else.The results are predictable, and the recovery process involves three weeks of significant swelling that then improve.Botox into the masseter muscle may help, but probbly not adequately for you.  Take a look at the video to learn more.

Believe it or not, I have a lot of patients that request to have your jawline. With that being said, reducing the width of the back of the jaw is a pretty routine procedure in my practice. Incisions are made in the mouth, and the bone is sculpted with a powered rasp. The muscle that attaches to the bone in that area can be swollen for several months afterwards, but you would notice a difference even after a couple of weeks. Most people describe looking like they had their wisdom teeth removed. The whole procedure takes about an hour with minimal downtime other than dealing with swelling and discomfort for a few days. Taking a week off of school or work is recommended, but you will feel ok to do work from home after about 3 days.
