I had V shape surgery (jaw reduction) done a year ago and now I am worried it was the wrong surgery for me. It has made my face look narrower and I think it looks a bit out of proportion. Can I have jaw implants done to give my face a rounder appearance? I do not want to end up looking masculine.

I personally would prefer less of a sharp angle. The most straightforward route would be fat grafting - several sessions may be required. Angle implants are possible (perhaps a custom made one) but they are difficult to place symmetrically. You may consider speaking to the original surgeon.

Your impression is reasonable since the magnitude of the V-line surgery should consider the overall facial shape and balance. Contour improvement of the entire jawline is required and can be done in a natural balance using the right approach. You can achieve a positive result
