Had V shape surgery and now I am worried it was the wrong surgery for me. Can I have jaw implants done to correct it? (photo)

I had V shape surgery (jaw reduction) done a year ago and now I am worried it was the wrong surgery for me. It has made my face look narrower and I think it looks a bit out of proportion. Can I have jaw implants done to give my face a rounder appearance? I do not want to end up looking masculine.
