BBL will not get rid of moles. BBL will treat pigmented lesions that are due to sun exposure. This kind of pigment is relatively superficial and can be corrected with lasers. A mole is usually pigmented quite deep and the BBL won't be able to get rid of that much pigment, at least not without multiple treatments, and even then, there would be no guarantee. Great question - very often when people see a pigmented 'brown spot' not improve, it's because it was actually either a flat brown mole or SK (seborrheic keratosis). These need to be removed by ablating them with a laser or other device which fully removes the damaged tissue.
